Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Engagement

Working with Compound begins with an intake form and a fit conversation. Scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed in writing before any build begins. Pricing is custom, based on the scope and complexity of the automation requested.

Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed, systems and workflows built for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Under our "Support" engagement, clients operate the system directly; under "Full Orchestration," Compound continues to run and maintain it under a separate agreement.

No guarantees on third-party platforms

Our systems rely on third-party tools (such as n8n, AI providers, and messaging platforms). We are not responsible for outages or changes made by those platforms.

Limitation of liability

Compound is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of automated systems we build. Clients remain responsible for reviewing outputs from AI agents before acting on them in critical decisions.
